[Indra Sistemas S.A.] (Indra) shall inform users beforehand so that they may give their express consent to the processing of their data to manage the request made and thus provide the requested information. In such cases, the data are considered essential and will be used only for the purpose indicated in the clause in the Data Collection Form. Likewise, the data will be kept for the period necessary to comply with the purpose for which they are collected. Consequently, if the data are not provided, it will not be possible to send the requested information.

During processing, personal data may be transferred to other companies in the Indra Group. If it is necessary to transfer the data to a third country that does not guarantee an adequate level of protection, Indra undertakes to adopt the necessary mechanisms to guarantee data protection, in addition to the application of security measures to guarantee its confidentiality.

As provided for under the pertinent data protection legislation currently in force, the user may withdraw consent and exercise his/her rights to access, rectification, erasure, opposition, limitation of processing and data portability by sending a message to that effect to dpo@indra.es, or by sending a written notice to: Data Privacy and Protection Office- Indra Sistemas S.A., Avenida de Bruselas, 33-35, Alcobendas, 28108 Madrid. Users may also lodge any claims that they consider appropriate with the corresponding supervisory authority.
