These are the two careers you shouldn't study anymore: AI will soon defeat them, according to Elon Musk

TEST REVALIDATION Elon Muskthe entrepreneur behind Tesla and SpaceX, warned about the impact of artificial intelligence on the artificial intelligence on certain careers, noting that some could become obsolete. In particular, he mentioned medicine and law as areas at risk due to advances in AI. Via his X (formerly Twitter) account, Musk stated, "AI will soon surpass doctors and lawyers by a wide margin (and, eventually, all humans in almost everything)."
His comment was in response to a post by Bindu Reddy, CEO of an artificial intelligence company, who argued that "an AI doctor who has access to all lab reports will be able to better diagnose problems and also suggest more effective remedies than most human doctors." Reddy added that the same will be true for lawyers, as AI "should be able to handle most professions that require knowledge better than humans."
Reddy backed up his claim with a screenshot from an article in The New York Times titled "AI Chatbots Beat Doctors in Diagnosing Disease." The article cites a study in which ChatGPT outperformed human physicians in evaluating medical records, even when these professionals used a chatbot for support.
